PUERTO GALERA :)

Alvelson goes to Puerto Galera! Hay, sight seeing na 'to! :) The planned company outing pushed through last May 28-29. With our itinerary followed he is how we got there: Woke up around past 5 am left a lil past 7 and ate breakfast in Mcdo Lipa, then straight to Batangas pier (ung daan was the same way we went when we made a project in Marvin's house, diversion ata tawag, basta! ;)) So an hour drive from Lipa. Freakin' hot, and its like 9 am. It is full of people, what do we expect. Terminal 3 is where we would get the ride, we stayed there until past 10 am. A long wait but better early than late. To our dismay we would ride a regular boat, of compared to land transpo parang jeepney, hehe. :) Sana ung faster ones na lang. You'll get dizzy for the continous swaying caused by the water but I easily gotten over it. :) It was a long, ass-numbing trip, 1 1/2 hours. And you can't see a thing just the endless sea, I slept na lang. It was already noon time when we got there, we had our meal and checked-in. Actually the beach resort we booked was in Sabang the part mostly for diving so no beach front, you have to ride a boat again. 1-5 was the scheduled beach hopping! Woo-hoo! It would take 30 mins to make it to white beach, where you'll find the beach and swimmers. Hay, the view going there was spectacular, vast blue green water and coves and mountains... I really don't know what to call the things I saw, haha. ;) So ayun we arrived at the white beach after one stop over to nice quiet spot. The beach people where there, lotsa peeps! We went swimming, no harsh sun, a clean, clear water... salty nga lang and deep. :) Hmm, while I was walking, going to the restos area (urgh! Hirap maglakad, hehe) I saw a group of younger cute guys, haha. Tapos I recognized one of them! I really don't know who and where I saw him before. I can't recall! Maybe from UST HS... baka si Paulo, haha! I'm really bothered... but when I went back to their spot he's gone in the throng of people doing everything under the sun. :) We went back to Sabang a lil past 5, took a bath and headed to their resto for the dinner chow. :) You could see the corals by merely looking at the water, anclear e with some nice fishes too. ;) I'm sooo sleepy kaya 9 pa lang I doze off to dreamland... the pinaka-mahimbing na sleep I had this summer days! Or so I think, haha. ;) The next day, we went shopping! The souvenirs and pasalubongs. :) Bitin talaga stay namin, I think we stayed there for only 24 hours minus the travelling time. I want to go back there with friends naman, para mas masaya... mas free, hehe. ;) That ends our stay and we are heading back to Batangas. There's a little commotion lang sa boat because overloaded... so ayun nagpanic ang meticulous mother and others, hehe. Pero we arrived at the pier safe and sound... with our sundos already there. :) HOME SWEET HOME! When we got home andun sina Auntie Sim and family, nagkakaraoke... :) I'm soo tired from the trip, tagal talaga... nakakainip sa regular boat, plane mas oky pa. :) SNOOZE!

*next weekend CEBU naman... whoopee! SANA!*

Disasters

Hmm, hay badtrip! The moving in to Pacific Suites was a mess... hay, it didn't turn up well. I was assigned pala in 404 instead of a 2nd floor room. My room on the 4th floor was still a mess so I can't arrange my things. They stored it in another room, they'll just lock it up. I sure do hope that nothing will be stolen or broken. There was no coordination, imagine I don't know the room I would be moving in, hehe. Pero the new place was definitely more beautiful than my previous place. Sana maayos na talaga nila everything para ma-appreciate ko na and won't have any second thoughts why I brought myself to such misunderstandings. :) Sobrang the blame was on me... waaah! I cried and cried... haha. ;)
Then Lola Elo, Tita Arlin, and Tita Lala left for New York... they'll be there until Oct 27. Hay, I'm gonna miss them! See yah soon, muah!

Hello Tagaytay!

We went to Tagaytay Highlands to attend mass. It's raining when we got there, wala pa naman kaming payong... ampf! After the mass we went outside Highlands to eat, yum! :) It felt good, a good change in the weather. Lamig! :) The burst of cold air and it's summer pa ha, I should have brought a jacket! I'd rather be drenched in rain water than be drenched in sweat! Hay I miss it, the scenery... everything. We also went to CrossWinds to view on sale properties, ganda rin dun. We ate in pancake house, wherein restos and coffee shops are just adjacent to one another. Busog, gluttony! :) Aly and I went outside to see the perfect view of Taal volcano, hehe. Sawa na. When all I thought I would frequently visit it this summer, ngayon na lang ulit. ;) Looking forward again...

blog-o-rama

Bloggers read on. An excerpt from an article in the paper written by the author of one of the most read blog, THE SASSY LAWYER. :) It caught my attention because I'm still wondering what the hell is really the purpose of my blog if it usually talks about ME, ME, and ME. I mean what relevance could it give from readers, I should have kept it to myself, hehe. Here is the answer:

"Then there's the diary-type blogs. In terms of numbers, ito na yung pinaka-marami. Sabi nung iba, kasi yan ang pinaka-madali? But it is that really true? To rephrase Batjay, the blogger behind Kwentong Tambay, the ability to write about mundane things and make them interesting is by itself a skill. So there are well-written diaries and badly-written diaries. Corny ba pag diary? Wala bang dating? Hindi ba socially relevant? Think of Anne Frank and, even more recently, the Iraqi blogger behind the phenomenal online diary called "Dear Raed". Remember that history is simple documentation of events. When you write in your diary, you're writing history. So wag natin ismolin ang diary-type blogs. You never know, you may be an Anne Frank 50 years from now."
See, I could actually be proud of my blog, ahihi! Pero sana hindi ito ung "badly-written diaries". ;)

This week...

Hay this week was a week of celebrations... last Tues the wedding anniv of Lola Elo & Lolo Poten (missing you!). Family dinner. :) That morning dental appointment, the tooth wasn't extracted yet tom ang big day! yikes! It is a "special" procedure, wtf! ;) And today was Lolo's bday... may handaan sa bayan. Hay too many people I'd rather stay home so I went home early. :) Nag-magic sing and PC. :)

*My dad could now avail his free phone from his plan... ands he chose 3230... sabi ko palit kami, hehe. :) I thought I was content with my current phone but an oppurtunity came and I might as well grab it ryt? ;) I wish, I wish, I wish... ;)*

*Puerto Galera plans pushed through, May 30-31. Last hurrah!*

Leaving on a jetplane... bye karen!

One of my good friends in UST flew to Canada last Saturday (May 14) and I didn't even had the chance to see her one last time! :( SAD! Pero it's amazing that in a span of 10 months it felt that we've known each other for a long time, parang matagal na kami magkaibigan. No wonder, since powerfriends started during the first day of classes (June 8) and stayed together since then. :) She was also the first person I met in class. Magaan loob ko sa kanya that's why we tell everything; past experiences, HS mems, lovelife, secrets... etc. Karen was special, she's funny, intelligent, charming, daldal, photogenic, and PENTIUM ONE! ;) We jive in many ways but still are disagreements once in a while, hindi maiiwasan. :) Sayang, she was "in" pa naman, complete sana kaming magsesecond year... We'll surely miss her this year together with the rest of the class. Pero I know we'll meet again, ryt?? Sooner or later... ;) As the song goes "Someday down the road... our roads are gonna cross again it doesn't really matter when..." haha, corny! :) BYE KAREN ... iloveshoo, muah! ;)

General cleaning

Yes! My room were cleaned na rin... they made it tambakan since it contained nothing after I moved in Manila. :( Aly moved in na rin because it was quite big and I could share it with my sis. :) Actually, my room here is bigger than my place in Manila (kitchen and bathroom in one). Soon I'll be leaving again for Manila in a different pad, Pacific Suites in Dapitan... well, at least it would be neat na. :) It so empty! What can I do I spent almost all year round in Manila, my things are supposedly there. Hay, allergy attack na naman from the dust... accumulated from old stuffs and Aly's stuff. Good thing she'll be disposing most of them. Rudolph the Red Nose... ;)

Every afternoon after visiting Lolo... the bayan peeps drop by... eat or sumthing. Happy. :)

As usual kids went here to play, nursery na nga tong house namin e! ;)

Visitor

Meg went here... such a cute little girl, pero super kulit din naman! :) Hay, I looked after her the whole afternoon. When I was playing computer pindot din siya ng pindot, "I wanna play...". Kumain ng pancit canton, gusto niya ung toyo lang, ayaw nung oil... hehe. They played inside the house and in the garden, afterwards gusto na maligo. Hehe, ang funny niya... ang arte kelangan mabango ung soap (gusto pa nga camay) and two times with two different soaps... tapos shampoo muna, kelangan mabula at matagal! I'm the one who is with her in the bathroom, she wants to clean by herself lang... assist na lang ako. Tapos gusto niya lotion at perfume or cologne (different din) Funny talaga yun! I love kids... cute kids. ;)

New DVDs... courtesy of Aly (she's the one who chose lang, moolah you know who). Yippee! :)

Dental Appointment

Hay! Ang aga ginising ako... I'm puyat because I finished the book I'm reading last night (Angels&Demons). Time for the dentist! Since Tito Tin-Tin's clinic was replaced by RED RIBBON TANAUAN he does his dental appointments in Cabrini. I'm with Tita Lala and Aly, when we got there we saw Mommy Gina with the kids. Sus, papadentist din sila. :) As usual dami patients (expected), we waited for about an hour siguro. Six of us were checked, without payment! Kakahiya, bait naman... kamag-anak e. :) Pero bad news for me, one of my tooth had to be extracted... waaah! Wala pa schedule. Had my teeth x-rayed din. Hmm, sana no pain! :) It was already lunch time when we're finished with the dentist, ate at Chowking... went home. :)

Weekend Getaway

Last Saturday and Sunday was the Rosales family outing...! Early saturday morning they woke me up... tapos sabi wag na daw maligo, hehe. Pero naligo pa rin ako! Tapos un went to bayan to help packed the things and meet Tito Mel in Star Lipa. So all in all four cars kami... LANCER: Me, Tita Arlin, Aly, and Lola; BESTA: Tito Ronnie, Mommy Gina, Miko, Ian, and Tito Ric; CRV: Tito Mel, Tita Ginny, and Nina; ADVENTURE: Dr. Vicki, Kuya Jun, Tracy, Monica, and Tita Lala. Ang layo pala, i think two hours ang biyahe! Malapit pa ang UST, plus the traffic na un ha... mas malapit minus that. :) Nakakatawa lang si Tita Arlin... kasi dami namin nadaanan fiesta... so medyo traffic pero not the "manila congestion"... she kept fooling people! As in hindi naman niya kilala kinakayawan niya, binubusinahan niya, sinisigawan niya! She even asked someone kung saan bahay ni Ka Elo Rosales, aba akalain mo nga sabi nung babae lampas na kami... wahehehe! E andon naman si Lola, what a coincidence. ;) So much for Tita's anthics... so about past 11 nakarating na rin kami (leaving around 8 or 9). BALUARTE ESTATES Calatagan, the name of the place where Shell has their resthouse inside. The place was nice, deserted. Sobrang gabok ng daan, parang nag-powder ang cars. ;) The house was quite big, it has two enormous rooms with two big beds each. But still we have our kutsons dahil hindi kami kasya sa beds. :) Tito Mel showed the map and ung dinaanan namin, ang layo... Calatagan was the end parang peninsula na. After lunch natulog, hehe. Tapos laro uno, ingay naman ng kiddos! Tapos swimming... sa pool just outside. Nothing special about it ang init lang ng water even hapon na mga around 5, sana malamig na lang. Anyways nilapit na lang namin ung sprinkler for added effect, harhar. Tapos sa katabing golf course may malaking sprinkler, as in malaki... how we wish un na lang samin. ;) Dinner came and after it swimming ulit. :) The water was still warm, may kasama kaming swimmer si Nins... hehe. :) 10 kami natapos, sleeping time. No TV or movies, sayang we bought pa naman a tv and dvd player kaso ewan ko ba! SNOOZE katabi Tita Lala and Aly.

SUNDAY

urgh! Badtrip, woke up early to catch mass... not in the mood. Hindi ako naligo, hihi. I took a bath the previous night naman e. ;) Sa church sobrang antok ako! Oh by the way a trivia: Calatagan was mostly owned by the Ayala-Zobels :) Got to see their Hacienda Bigaa... hehe. ;) Pagkauwi namin naligo ako! We ate breakfast and prepared for the beach. :) Kasi pangit daw beaches sa Calatagan sa Nasugbu kami pumunta, with Tito Padre. The beach was ok, ordinary pero ok naman. Ang fine ng sand and ang init ng hangin. Went swimming with the kids (the adults don't wanna risk their skins, hehe). Ang salty ng water, sakit sa mata... once in a while I went to the shore to put fresh water sa eyes ko. Tapos maalon but surprisingly the water was cold and the sun doesn't hurt. :) We buried Tito Ric in the sand, hehe. :) After a while ayoko na, enough na... :) Sabi nila hindi naman ako nangitim, pero I can see the difference now, after a day. Everyone were all ready to go... we went to a well known Halo-Halo stand (actually hindi siya stand e, parang resto na halo-halo lang... basta!) the best in town! I forgot the neme though, sheesh! Dami nga pumupunta, even daw celebrities... hmm. Is that true? I am not the Halo-Halo fan, I prefer Mais con Yielo pero after tasting their Halo-Halo... love it! Sarap nga... no wonder they are famous. Since hometown 'to ni Tito Padre we went to their house and nanungkit ng indian mango. :) GOING HOME NA! The chaos begins, hehe. Since gabi na nun, madilim ang daan... with the same people... malabo ang ilaw ng Lancer... aun. We missed one turn, almost hit some idiot lying on the road, and hit a tire... na malaki! I thought nabangga na ung mama sa tabi, nagpapalit ata ng gulong... harhar! On my side pa naman. :) Pero smooth sailing na after... the three cars (Tito Mel & family left) were together once again. :) Missed home... when we arrived andito pala sina Auntie Sim and Sarah (Velasco side) pero they left na rin after. Mother's Day... siempre I greeted Inayski. :) Hay, saya naman... pagod lang... and many baths. ;) Hoping for another next summer. :)

Oh, Mikko's bday today! Happy Birthday! :)

OUCH! ampf!

My golly! Today is my physical examination UST... aside from the really hot weather (dammit!!!) and the unappropriate t-shirt (too hot!), I got two shots... two painful shots of tetanus booster and Hepa B. Ang sakit! Until now I could still feel it, parang binugbog na ewan... I don't know how many days will it linger. ;( The hepa B vaccine is three shots all in all, so I got my first one... two to go. U-2-10... ;) Ang init lang talaga sa Manila... supah. We have to walk in the scorching sun... I think nangitim na ko, haha. What more sa pasukan, nigga! ;) Tagal pila for the vaccination... after that diretso uwi. Alabang Girls na kami ni Tita Lala... for 4 days this week we're there, hehe. And sbarro baked zitti... I'm sick na naman sa kabusugan. Bukas CALATAGAN naman, beach na... woo-hoo! With the family, my mom and dad not included... hay. ;( Anyways at least andun Titas, Titos, Lola, and cuzins. :) Bought a book... hmm. :) Enrollment on June 1... opening of classes June 13. :) BYE!

Welcome back!

This day Tita Lala and I went to the airport to fetch my beloved mother, Tita Arlin & Lola Deng. They’re back! :) So kwento sila about their tour in Jerusalem, Egypt, Jordan... blah, blah. Nakakatawa sila. :) And they are with someone, OFW na maltreated ng amo niya abroad met in the airport in Doha. Kawawa kasi she can barely walk, and her feet were swollen talaga. Dahil sa pambububog... she tried to escape many times but failed. Even our embassy did not take action about her state, tsk! Naawa naman mom ko so they took her to Tanauan to be treated sa STGH (Tita Nemy). From Cebu pa siya and still can't come home. I guess magsstay siya dito for a few days. Hay kawawa talaga! ;( On the other side happy-happy na ulit... love my family talaga... saya! ;)

*sh*t... super busog ako nung lunch... bloated! I wanna throw up, I'm gonna be sick... buti na lang hindi... hihi. :)*

*alabang na naman... hay ano ba yan walang sawa!*
*balik uste bukas... sana andun si Karen... aalis na siya soon!!! ;(*

SA WAKAS... ang muling pagbabalik.

I've been off for some time, a week maybe, but now I'm back! ;) A series of unfortunate events took place in our beloved yet kinda bulok PC, hehe. First the DSL connection was terminated (boo-hoo!) so I went to playing games na lang, hehe. :) The gameboy advance roms, if anyone of you know this thing. You can actually play games of GBA in your PC, download it though.:) Ok so after a few boring days w/o the net, the computer, maybe got tired and needed some rest (haha!) doesn't want to be bothered anymore... break, break down... in short it won't operate anymore! ;p But fortunately I brought home my CPU from Manila so we could kill time again with the computer! Woo-hoo! :) Kaya lang ayun, internet card na lang... hehe.

What happened and what will happen:

April 30 - went shopping with Aly, Tita Lala, and Tita Lorna. PAGOD!

May 2 - Lola Elo's surprise birthday party! Saya, she didn't have any clue! They planned it all behind her back, the food, deco, cake and the guests (close relatives). As usual crowded pero busog. Hay, almost everyone was teary-eyed when she came out of her room to be surprised. Dami fresh flowers, her favorite! :)

May 3 - Laboratory Exams UST Hospital. Well some of my classmates are there, thank you for assisting me specially Laila & Steve (the lovers). Si Poochi Hero late, ampf! And I got news that we have new classmates... they arranged na talaga everyone in alphabetical order. :)
We submitted stool and urine samples, hehe... then blood samples (CBC). Sheesh! Ok so hindi naman masakit pero after mafefeel mo na something happened, parang nag-bruise ung braso ko, hehe. ;) After we went to get new uniforms, iba from before for Community Health Nursing ata. Paid my Meralco bill and off we went to G4. Gala-gala then Alabang naman. It's so tiring! I woke up pa naman early and as usual slept late... wala pang kuryente last night. WTF!

May 5 - My mom's arrival from Jerusalem with Tita Arlene and Lola Deng. I missed them! :)

May 6 - Physical Exam naman... sheesh!

May 7-8 - Shell's rest house in Calatagan (tama ba spelling ko? hehe). Family outing. (sayang may surprise pa naman sa isang close friend ko, I can't come... waah! SAD!!! Too bad!)

*Alvelson's company outing in Puerto Galera :)
*Uno onse's Batangas trip (tentative pa)
*Hmm, night out with Mikko! Sabi mo yan ha...
*Len & Let? Still there? hehe... amishu na...

Hmm, my summer ain't a waste naman pala... ;)
