enriched at last! Ü

Highlight of the day was Sir Sumile's enrichment class for MS (Burns and Respi). Of all the enrichment classes I have attended dito lang talaga ako all ears and I understood mga sinasabi niya because he explains how that symptom or sign manifests... ala pathophy. :) Tama nga naman siya when he told us that in MS there is no need for memorization, you just have to know the flow of things... ah basta. :) And miraculously Dunkin Donuts coffee perked me up without the ususal side effects of caffeine sakin, headache. Yey! The review started lunchtime at nag-end by 7pm. Actually meron pang topic na hindi nadiscuss, Cardiovascular System. To be continued na lang next, next Friday... thanks Sir. "What?" hehehe.

Heartbreaking loss

Attended PA make up classes… even its against my will. I still got the “power” to resist tempetation, haha. Nag-cut na ko last week and I should be attending my classes naman talaga e. :) Nung una I was listening pa tapos after a few minutes… woosh, I’m in oblivion… harhar. :p Siyempre hindi mawawala ang biography ni Ma’am. Kulitan na lang with the “hidden mickey” with hero, got our new game (I’m the master, hahaha), etc. My libre horoscope says that “Magaling daw ako humawak ng bilog at mahaba”. Yeah right! C: It suits Chris more. C: Kay hanna naman, “Hindi ka pinapakain ng boyfriend mo..” Alam na! hahaha. :D After PA class… ayun open forum with RLE 3. Since there were “clashes” because of the thesis its about time to make amends… said our sentiments and suggestions, and most especially ang pagbabati namin nina Melvin. C: I love my group and I hate seeing us like that but sometimes it can’t be avoided. Well better not let our emotions get in the way, cool lang. C: Sorry melvs, alabshu! Go RLE3, its time to work-work!

Sir asar, hindi naman dumating for our ETAR class. But it’s a plus for us who will watch the game, wee! There was a banner pa nga made by the boys for Jervy… JERVYLICIOUS! C: Funny! Ang saya naman na madami kaming manunuod ng game… Me, Han, Feds, Hero, Chris, Vic, Tom. As usual asaran because of the “reliability” at “sabit” regarding the tickets, hahaha. Araneta here we go… c/o LRT2. C: Grabe, all through the first half lamang kami by 10 whooping points. And then na-focus pa sa camera yung banner ng boys. C: But in a matter of seconds in the LAST, CRUCIAL quarter Ateneo caught us offguard. :( Last 19 seconds ata yun when it was in the possession of Ateneo with 1 pt. deficit… the clock ticks off.. 0.00… owkhei Long made the shot and *boom* shoot! We bowed to Ateneo by 1 pt… its like history repeating itself… parang 1^st game lang ng finals last season. Nakakapamlambot… as in like all my energy was drained and I wanted to cry yet no tears come down. :’( I’m really considering myself as a jinx, haha. Imagine all games I watched live this season hindi nanalo UST. I’m really close in believing.. :p Our consolations: The boys got featured, me seeing CKD guy in uniform. C: It’s not the end of the world for us… I still and will forever believe. It’s not over ‘til it’s over!

Ay may nakasabay nga pala kami… funny though that he saw me again with the same circumstances… UST losing to ATENEO by 1 pt. Coincidence? I guess.. 0_o

NCMH again

Make-up duty @ NCMH with some RLE 1 and half of RLE 3… I don’t quite like going back there. Ayun sunod sunod na therapies. Namiss ko tuloy therapy days namin noon… especially mine, hehe. Bamboo lang e. :) Onting patient interaction, medyo passive nga yung na-assign sakin e. Hanggang 12 noon lang naman make-up duty ko, parehas kami ni bagwis. Ate our lunch there, grabe busog pa kami e. Yey, uwian na! What a ride home… hindi ko ba lam kung sinasadya ng taxi driver yung way ng pagddrive niya. As in pasway-sway e! Nakakatawam pramis… labo. :p After that Trish came and we waited for our tix! Hay antagal din namin naghintay sa may HS benches ha. Pinuntahan pa kami ni Jim para lang mangulit, ay naku. We went to the gym and got our tix. :) Binati din naman ako ni Dylan kahit di naman niya ku kilala, hehe. KK, gotta sleepers!

Monday is for tamad day! As always I stayed in bed all morning… watched tv, watched tv, and watched tv! ;p I even got tamad going to T. Vic for measurements… they still got my measurements last summer so I guess hindi naman ako pumayat or tumaba. Yey, excited for my dress! :) Bye-bye Batangy… Aral kuno for the “unknown” evaluation exams tomorrow… shitters, I already forgot these lessons! 0_o

Tuesday

Accreditation and duty. Last day in Medicine Espana Ward… last day kay Ma’am Olay. Aww. ;( Yey no eval exam for us… it’s a lazy Tuesday afternoon. ;p After lunch sa Lefty fork (with Jem’s big appetite, grabe!), we stayed all afternoon sa Decury Room a.k.a. Student’s room and just talked about the favorite topic of RLE 3… ooh, forbidden questions. Ngerks! ;p

After duty went to the gym to pay for our tickets c/o Dylan Ababou. UST has a game on Thursday versus Ateneo. Wee, Mirza! I lurve! :)

PBB Thomasian Ed.

Shooting sa condo unit nina muzzer for the intermission number in the coming Leadership and Management Seminar this September 5. It was patterned sa show na PBB, bloopers nga lang yung names and dapat something to do with management and leadership. :) I play Wednesday Valde (wendy valdez), harhar. I enjoyed shooting although there were 2 dance sequence sa script and you know naman my poste way of dancing. Tsk, tsk. ;p Finished at 7 pm. Comment ko lang sa video shoot is that madilim or hindi kita faces namin sa mga dance sequence, against the light kasi. Kat and Kimi got a new crush, hihi. At in fairness tumatak sa isip ko yung cheer ng Mickey’s Team… Go guys beat them, Go win this! … Go Mickey’s team ang galing-galing… :) Had our Jollibee dinner there until past 9 then went home to Batangas! :)

* UST got 98% passing rate for the 2007 licensure examinations for nurses… wooh. VINDICATED! :) …which also means the pressure is on our batch to maintain that high score.. tsk. We also had the greatest number of students who took the exam… and many students from UST got into the top ten, I think 4^th placer ata yung highest. Kudos UST Nurses! :D

enrichment! Late ako cause I spent the night watching movies! Thanks to chris' 12 in 1 dvd! :) MS ulit with Ma'am Maravilla. Intra, Peri, Post Operative, CA, Fluids and electrolytes... got bored din in the end. Ayan hindi aku enriched, hehe. Gotta read! I wanna read!

After enrichment went to SM with Hanna and met Charm there. Kumain sa KFC with this cutie guy, ahaha. Ayun all-about-eman. :) Hay Hanna kaya mo yan, we will be here for you! Love is always like that, bittersweet...

Attended research late, consultations lang naman. Quiz on management, whew! Sayang got two mistakes both sa katangahan lang! ;( Bioethics quiz din na mahirap and after the quiz sabi ni maam exercise lang daw... owkhei. Lunch with my pugo... grabe andami gusto umagaw e, buts it's mine, all mine. hehe. :)

No Asian Civ... spent the time waiting by being a mongoloid, haha. Nagkulitan lang with Kimi's confession. I have some videos of her, harhar.

ETAR - akalaian mo ulit na magiging active ako! Nakakatuwa kasi yung topic, hopefully makakapasa aku sa quizzes and even sa prelims. It's quite confusing but fun! :)

Dahil naging Bibo ako nung ETAR when I went to the Office and Sir was there ayun na-harass ako... in a funny way though. "Iha (touching the shoulders), Ang cute-cute mo! (hands sliding dwon to arms, then holds my hands). Mana ka ba sa kanya? (pertaining to Maam Turingan) May boyfriend ka na? (Maam Turingan replies na kilala daw niya, haha) Bakit uuwi ka na kagad? ... and so on ans so forth. hahahahaha. That was scary and funny at the same time. Speechless nga lang ako e, hindi ko naman akalain na ganon si Sir. Anyways, after my encounter with Sir Hanna and I went to rum 130 for the meeting of ncbs c/o dennis. :)

HOPE

There is still hope... for my grad pic (the greatest upset of the day... and I don't know how long will it last. Anxious!), for our thesis (I still hold a grudge, grr...), for the test in management, haha, and for my insomnia . 0_o At least I have my funny, laughing moments with my classmates especially with ALAKS. Laughter is truly the best medicine for my "down" moments... all giddy! :) It's also healthy ha, hehe.

I had a stomach ache this morning and Ma'am Guan Hing nag-extend pa... bought Kremil S after. Then cutting, haha. I don't like PA, as in... period. Kat, Kimi and I went to Colorpoint instead to get our pictures. . to my dismay, huhu. Lunch at Goldilocks then for Kattie's contact lenses in Lacson. Listened to Kattie's RnB songs... nice. :) Then went to Mcdo... at dun namin nalaman na madami kami na-miss sa PA... in 2 hours 8 ppt slides!!! hahahaha. FUNNY! :D Pero the ampf part is the sharing of maam about "the doctors"... *flirt*. We can't resist MGs talaga e! ;p

Asian Civ with Maam Turingan, all about India and it's quite interesting. At ang highlight ng araw ko ay ang ETAR, akalain mong nakinig ako ng mabuti kay Sir... hahaha. With all his so-so funny, cute way of talking... "I enjoy my coffee every morning...", S pronounced as Z... and etc. Laughtrip grabe! The answer to that particular question is YES! It is beri-beri true! Sir talaga hardcore, nakakalito pa naman topic kanina. Love it! :D

Class meeting and RLE meeting... EPAL! :) I know we can do this guys... :) "why did you said so?" :D
Dinner with Claire and I can't get a nap... whew! Hyposomnia! :(

Mixed feelings today... First siyempre I got tamad getting out of bed and taking a bath. I'm planning to go to SM to buy a new keyboard... Gutom! I also accompanied Claire sa grocery niya. Hay, medyo nagsisi ako sa pagbili ng Php700 na keyboard. Yeah it was mahal and I don't know why I've chose this, I mean meron namang 400 na oky na. Sadness, I'm so sorry! :(

When we got home dumating mga visitors. First came Kimi and Tonet... then Tin and Claire... tapos Melv and Majan. Boiling point!!! Grrr... I don't wanna elaborate cause I cannot say the exact thing I want to say. It would just be a waste of my time! I vent out my feelings na lang sa mga RLEmates ku... hayayay! 0_o Anyways, Majan got her sample pics na... I'm excited to see mine as well pero not expecting much. Hinayang moment na naman... :( I guess this day turns out to be not so good... it's a mixed feeling of dissapointment, anger, and sadness. *sigh* Pero I enjoyed Kim, Tonet, and Jem's company. We talked about what we always talked about, haha. Lait, chika, etc. And had our funny moments too. :) Dinner with Bessy Kimi at Flavorits... takaw! :D Aral mode... gotta sleep early... bright day ahead! :)


Tomorrow nga pala I would see my classmates na! I haven't seen them for two weeks na... i miss, miss them really! At least that cheers me up... and we're gonna tell Silly and Opa our plan. Please do say yes this saturday! :)

I’m quite early wow! :) New patient assignment… all about the heart ang mga sakit. As usual Ma’am Olay was not there most of the time. There were new second year students assigned in the area, yeah. Tamad mode again for us! Hurray! :D What did I do? NGT feeding, VS, prepare feeding, drug litany (sabon! ahaha!) SC injection of enoxaparin, yeah! :) Libre ni chris ang lunch, thanks!

And I got to see my crush,the CKD guy *wee*, moment! :D

Bonding with Viki and Han sa Rosarito. Kwek-kwek and Banana con Yelo moment. :) Planned our exciting night out… can’t wait guys! Grabe let’s do this na, it’s our overdue bonding session. Love it! :)

Monday madness

Straight from Batangy: After grocery and linis, nagtatamadtamaran sa paggawa ng biblio. And my keyboard got sira, kaya lalong tinamad. :) Hay buti na lang tamad din rlemates ku, like Chris and Auds and Az… hahaha. Ilang txt din bago namin na-convince ang mga sarili na hindi gumawa. Funny! :) Eat out with Claire sa D’Sizzling, tambay in her pad with Tin. Snooze!

See you in the finals *fingers crossed*. Hay I haven't seen UE in action and kanina ko lang talaga nakita why they are the league's unbeatable team... they are good, so good na nakakagigil na! Offense, Defense, Jumpshots, Three point shots... basta name it and they got it! I have high hopes pa naman pero as we say "Never Say Die". I believe that we will be in the Final Four! Definitely! =) Tiwala lang sabi nga ni bagwis... malas lang ata talaga ko, sabi naman ni Tonet... haha. It was not a good play, wala ata sa condition ang players... tsk3. I still lurve Mirza! ,<333

• UAAP games. Go USTe! I specially liked the Ateneo and La Salle game... woooh! :D
• Department store shopping... they got it all for you! ahahaha!
• The internet = multiply = pics galore (can't wait to have my own camera!)
• DVDs (either series or movies)
• FOOD! Anything fast food and delivered, haha. So healthy! ;)

I'm still waiting for the planned RLE picnic at La Mesa dam and the class badminton game. :)

Bakasyon Grande

*sigh* They have been suspending classes every Thursday last week and this week. I should be happy, ecstatic right? Pero it's kinda gets boring and I can't go out because of the rain and baha... and I'm thinking na my brain cells not working anymore, haha. Anyways we have naman our duty every Mondays and Tuesdays kaya I guess I'm still using some parts of my brain tapos mawawala na naman functioning niya pagdating ng Wed to Sun. =D Hay, lax! Better study harder this coming days kasi cramming na ito for the prelims... wish-wish! It is ironic that I had wished that sana there would be classes na lang, haha. I miss my classmates din naman. I haven't seen them last week and this week either. Miss ALAKS! Miss 4-10! Let's celebrate soon! =)

*sigh* If only I knew that last Thurs there would be no rain at all lumabas na sana ako. =( But there would be a game this Sunday (UST vs. UE) na hopefully won't be suspended, pls,pls. Got lower box tix pa naman, sayang! =)
