hintay lang si Ma'am cause of the parade chu-chu. Bumili ng food and folder with bentong (jim) and pokwang (hanna), hahaha. Ang kulit sa 7/11. =)
Heart to heart talk (naks!) with the issue naman concerning our rle... grrr. Siyempre hindi mawawala ang kulitan at backstaban... hehe. Backclapping at hates pussy... tapos nagkagulo ang kabilang group. Haha, ang CHN docu ang nagsisira sa magandang pagsasama ng mga RLE group. ;) And then we realize na may mali sa patho physio namin needs editing again.... hay.

MOVIE! with melv, ron, ste & han. Snakes on a plane. =) Yeah, corny yung plot sobra... haha. Pero grabe yung snakes at yung mga kinagat... kawawa. =( Siyempre kami ni Hanna sumisigaw at nagtatakip ng mata. =) When Ste and I got home nakita ko sina Marion, Francis at Reg asking me to watche their game that night... e la naman ako kasama, so goodluck na lang. =) Edit namin ni Chris yung patho physio which means I have to create another one, waah! Tapos later that night nakipagkwentuhan lang habang inaantay ang sundo... oky, sleep then aral! =)

So start na... siyempre may mga mali since it's our first time. Hay boring... tapos when it comes to our part na may mga mali at cannot yung mga sinasabi ni Ma'am hindi ko maintindihan... haha. Ayoko na... NCPs pa mali-mali... hehe.

dinner with viki, hero, trish, maj, han sa mcdodo. =) And we decided to join in sa acquaiantance party on spet 5 metrobar west ave. (last year we didn't join, hehe). KAsi sasayaw si viki, wee. =) KK! =) Went home wothout payong... waah, raining. And then nanay ko and nic came over for my allowance... aww, cannot go home. =(

here we go again, Ma'am Chua cannot handle us (she already informed Ma'am Rillon the night before but she did not informeed us....) And since Ma'am Rillon will be a floater that day sa kanya ulit kami. E nagloloiter kami sa office cause it's not clear where we should be. Kaya tinanong kami ni Sir Jayvie and then out of the blue sabi ba naman ni Ma'am with "the face" "Wag kang makinig sa mga yan. Halika na nga kayo..." wow! What was that?! We followed her sa ward: Sto. Domingo naman with Maggi's section. Yung may nakaaway si Ma'am so that even puts her to a worse mood. And that's why she got mad for not bringing our bandage scissors with us (yung iba nga la dalang paraphernalia kasi hindi naman talaga ward duty supposedly e...) Tapos ayun na tuluyang sumama ng mag-NGT si Tom without Ma'am... kinausap niya si Tom tapos ewan ko ba kung nag-walkout yun o ano. Basta pagbalik niya meeting daw kami... and she lets out her sentiments. Hay I don't want to hear that... she has her point but we cannot be her and she already said that some of us would not even be a nurse, pre med lang nursing... ako ba yun?? haha. Basta ang feeling ko isa ako sa sinsabihan niyang tinatamad at hindi nagiisip. And I've realized that hindi talaga ganon yung rapport ko sa patient and I don't usually asked what more service I can offer them. Routine na nga ginagawa namin and yet I cannot say that I've learned how to be a "good" nurse, not merely doing those things for the sake of just doing it. Nahihirapan ako, feeling ko la akong alam at hindi ko kayang alamin lahat yun. I felt inferior and during the course of this duty Ma'am made me feel that. Hindi rin naman siya may kasalanan, baka malas lang talaga ko patient cause almost every duty a different one with a different case so different things to remember and ask. Hindi ko alam kung kelan ko magugustuhan itong ginagawa ko... at hindi ko rin alam kung I'll make it to med school. I want to earn money earlier... ayoko na magaral (kasi alam kong hindi ko na kaya). But on the otherhand I cannot see my self with a different course besides a med course... e lahat naman ng med courses mahihirap. anlabo no... basta as of now, wala akong alam...

*opalyn nakitambay... tinulugan ko kasi cannot na talaga... deom 4 pm to 2 am sleep, woah! KAya lang may 1 hr na istorbo, kasi tumawag si Jim. Tapos maybe because I was suddenly awakened and la pa ko sa tamang pagiisip I looked at the time anf thought that it was 6:45 and I said to myself LATE na ko!!! And who would be calling me when we should be in class already... hahaha. And sabi nga ni Jim mukang ala pa nga daw ako sa tamang pagiisip. =) After nun I slept again (kahit I'm soo hungry... I let it passed away cause I'm soo sleepy din, hehe) Tapos eto na naman si Jim tumawag na naman... and then I slept again and woke up 2 am. Have to edit pur patho physio... until pasukan gising na ko. =)

*debate (gma7) about the nursing issue... dapat sasama ngunit uunahin ang pagtulog. Physiologic needs. =) No TV so cannot watch... sayang maganda pa naman....

Time for my partner Chris and I for some serious work... after finishing the draft or our patho-physio ako naman magttype sa word... tedious task! Arranging the boxes and arrowa... sheesh! I've finished the job by 4 am... tapos have to wake up and prepare before 7... hindi naman puyat noh? Tapos bothered pa ko ng sobra that's why I emailed the twins... hay. Better sleep than die!

skills - while waiting kulitan lang with hero and my cellphone's gone! Kasi naman natumba ako and then hindi ko na alam kung nakanino (nakay Az lang pala, buti naman). Dun nagkayayaan ng night out sa makati at taekwando, hehe. Ü QUIZ - cannot! Sequencing again? uh-oh! While waiting for eternity for JIM & CO... grrr!!!
inquire sa taekwando with Jim, Han, Mito, Teods... watched ng training and then nagpahatid sa perps for Mike's game. Hehe, almost end na yung game... they won, kahit na-block ng 3x si Mike. ;)

may ubo na yucky... the other section (3-8), mababait naman. =) Ma'am won't attend daw our duty sa hapon because of fatigue especially with our group with special mention of *toot*. Edi ayun Sto. Tomas ward c/o Ma'am Arocco with the 4th year students. Shadowing ito. =) I'm just soo tired tapos bawal pa umupo... I'm really feeling sick with a cold and a cough. And then bumigay na talaga ko, and I gave pa my pair (4th yr) extra work because nagkamali ako sa pag-plot sa VS sheet (stupid!!!) so she has to repeat/rewrite/plot all the VS. I better go home and rest. Cannot anymore join the night out and besides my mom and bro are already in Manila. Pagkatapos magdinner umuwi then check up. Hay, watched click. =)

CASE SCENARIO: the making
We asked the previously handled group of Ma'am Rillon kung pano ba siya magpa case scenario... grabe hindi namin alam... kailangan siyang tanungin... pero hindi maaus ang mga reply niya samin. Basta kami nina CHris, Tom, at Maj gagawa. =) Kailangan may kantahan... at ang tagal nila gumawa... naubusan na nga ako ng internet card e. O need to have one pano ko naman isesend sa magpprint db? KK.

wow, pinaghintay kami ng matagal sa skill lab... natulog na nga lang ako and last two hours lang dumating si Ma'am Chua (she's in charge of the media stuff and you know naman the issues do there are many interviews and other media stuffs... hehe. Ü) And sinabi namin na we do not know how to make a cas scenario... we had our faults and Ma'am Rillon also has her... it's better for them to know that our previous shift was community so sobrang amateurs pa lang kami sa ward stuffs. At least alam na namin ngaon gumawa... =)

lib with groupmates for review sa fluids and electrolytes exams. Go professor Chris, galing-galing naman. =) During lunch nag-take out na lang kami sa San Mig Foodshop... and our ice creams. =) Tapos eat sa pav... tapos maya-maya may lumapit saming 2 stray cats (kasi si melv tinatawag pa). E ayoko sa kanila kasi feeling ko it's either kakagatin nila ko or kakalmutin (i like dogs better). Tapos siguro because they are so hungry nagiging aggressive na sila and hinsi na sila takot samin so even if we're shooing them away ayaw! Theu would even climb to the table and go near your food... how can you eat??? So panic attack kami... para kaming sira dun kasi under attack kami ng mga pusa. Muka kaming tanga siguro... La kaming nagawa kundi evacuate (it's euining my appetite!!!). Kahit kuhanin at itapon ni Melv they kept coming back... so lumipat kami sa other pav tapos after a few seconds they're on us again. Grr! We went inside the building na lang and looked for a place to eat... hay how stressful!

RALLY!

15 Tuesday - rally, rally! =) Yes we attended a rally sa issue ng leakage sa exam... haha. We had a briefing with Sister Vinoya the day before, through her encouragement that we decided to join. First time... malapit lang naman yung PRC (sa may espana). Had a mass first then formation outside of the church, by section. Imagine throngs of students sa loob ng tali sa labas... ewan ko kung anong istura. And it was raining pa... hassle talaga pero rally mode pa rin. =) Kinda weird pero cge na nga... may from other schools may mga anti at may mga media peeps. So this is serious, hehe. "Ang nurses ng bayan, Ngayon ay lumalaban... Ngayon ay lumalaban, ang nurses ng bayan" "lisensiya, lisensiya... wala namang konsyensiya" "PRC bingi..." "BON resign" etc... eventhough I'm really not that affected by the issue, I know what we're fighting for (and I know that it is right!!!)... and for the future rin ng nurses (baka dahil ayoko na mag nurse?!)... somehow naiinis din ako sa nangyari. Hindi naman kasi ako advocate(hehe)... pero what made ust college of nursing organizing such rally, malamang matter of big importance.

after 2 or 3 pm, the verdict: retake those who failed (they won't consider their first take) but those who already passed will not anymore take the exams, for oath taking na.

and this is not even close to what we want : for all the graduates to retake the exam and resignation of BON (board of nursing) (nag-resign nga pero for a different reason... hindi nila ni-link yung resignation nila sa issue ng leakage...)

hay this is for the authorities to handle... we had done our parts...

after the rally pahinga muna, pants are soaked hanggang knees... kawawang rubber shoes... sabog na buhok (should have listened to sister! Ü). Then back to school works... printing of our beloved documentation for CHN. Pnoval Nitz... at pag may ministop, may twin popsies! =) Watched Saksi ngunit onti lang pinakita of the rally... hehehe. Dinner sa Chowking...

Continuation

After the duty (sniff, sniff) natulog and made dalaw kay Claire na nagkasakit for 2 days... wawa. Tapos pumunta kina Melv to make our documentation (which is due that week, so may minus na... sadness). At hindi lang yun, wala pang tumutulong... out of 12 group members only 4 was workin? Basta ako, Chris, Melv, Majan (those 3 were the leaders kaya malamang they have to work... how about the "OVERALL"?!?) Basta masama loob namin that night & we had the perfect revenge (haha, jowk!)... And Chris has plans of going home as in atat (how bout me? I also want to go home!!!) but I don't think you could go, hehe! =) From 3 pm to 11 am the next day! All we did was revise all the analysis, brain drain sobra! Yung tipong nakatulala na lang kami tapos puro hirit pa 'tong si Chris ng mga kalokohan... hehe. =) "A house is made of brick but a home is made of love" wtf! Masaya naman siya pero pls serious mode naman. We took turns typing sa laptop, kulit-kulit... nagaagawan pa tapos ayaw ng idea ko... ayoko rin ng sayo! After jabi dinner work again tapos eaji with C2 and expired toasted mamon (yum! yum!). Mga past midnight tinulugan ako ni Chris... I'm working all alone till 3 or 4 am and I need to sleep! So humiga na lang ako with Chris sa bed tapos gumising ng 8 to finish the remaining things like acknowledgement and the summary stuff. Yey, my work's done and I really want to go back to Pacific to freshen up... ligo, toothbrush!!! =( Cge melv, gtg... later days! =)

*parents went here to bring my allowance... attended mass then dinner.

when duty calls

Thursday - We're so happy! =) No Ma'am Chua... separate RLE 3 A (the former members of RLE 3) and RLE3 B (former members of RLE4). A would be on San Martin Ward and us B sa San Jose... yippee kina Claire and other ALAKS! ;) And finally I would see what Claire was making kwento all the time. Haller San Jose, ok, ok, Potato head and other stuffs =) Fun nga e, kwentuhan lang and kinig sa PCR... at least si Sir natatanong at naloloko pa, hehe. And the funniest part kay Maam Rillon pa rin pala yung mga RLE3A... hahaha. Kala niyo ha nakatakas na kayo... =p We learned naman some pero mostly kwentuhan lang dun sa storage room.

Meet some new peeps at sabi ni Kuya Rusell I look like LJ Reyes daw pati kilos... hehe. Andami ko kahawig ha.. db Viki? =) Anyways may move na kong alam, wooh! At mahirap at ako na pinakabulok sa girls... ouch! KK, have to go guys... byers! Chris' waiting... biblio making. Sabog na naman sa ward! I've been lacking sleep, nocturnal creature na ko... 0_o

FRIDAY

uh-oh I'm the TL... and it's raining, raining and no payong! Baha na naman... Basta ang alam ko sabog kaming TL nung araw na yun. At ako'y nagbed bath... pinagalitan dahil sa Nurse's Notes... at tinanong sa angiogram. It short nalait at na-degrade na naman. Skills naman... oxygenation... blow na! ;) We had our merienda session with Boi, Chris, Tom, Silly, Han, Trish kasi nakikitype na naman sila. Tapos niyaya na manuod ng game... cge nagkakagulo pa kami sa baba ng pacific niyan with the boys (jim, mito, teods, mike). Tapos in the end manunuod rin pala, labo... hehe. Just left my room with the boys, wag kau magulo diyan, don't be rowdy... hehe. Go juniors... section 1-5 nga lang, hehe. They won, congrats. =)

SATURDAY

Another patient for me... admitting. There were some 2nd year na nagshadowing... wow naalala ko nung 2nd year pa lang kami, alang kwentang ward. ;) At ayun dahil la pang laman chart ng patient ko I trid looking for it sa MS saktong balik si Maam mainit ulo dahil sa patient si AZ na naghypglycemia... cannot take it anymore need to get out of there fast... thanks Auds for accompanying me & the other 2nd year student na mabait and nice of him to offer me food. Ililibre ako kasi umiiyak, hehe. Thanks! =) Pagbalik sunod sunod na kamalasan na naman... mabagal sa bed bath (good work melv, bakit anong ginawa mo? hehehe... ako taga kuha ng tubig sa labas, sa gripo... tagatimpla ng temp ng water... etc, etc). Tumayo lang ako saglit nagalit na. Tapos nurses notes, waah... cannot the edema... bobo... why me LORD??? Wanna go away na... nakakadepressed. To be continued............

Go uste?

Feelin better! =) Upper A na lang available tix... Kat & Karen already there. So sabi nila bilisan ko daw para sa tix tapos binilisan ko nga meron na naman pala. =) Kain lang kaming 3 while waiting for them. At last, the gang was complete: KAT, KAREN, PAU, SILLY, OPAX, HAN, TRISH, DAVE, MARCO (friend dave)... si reg na lang, malalate dahil may basketball practice. Anyways it's still the last quarter bet UP and UE nung pumasok kami. Right on time pagdating ni reg... la nga lang upuan for all of us na magkakatabi so nahiwalay kami. I'm with Reg, Han with Dave and friend. Ang ganda-ganda ng 1st quarter e biglang sabog nung succeeding quarters. Don't wanna elaborate... they simply suck. Nakakahiya... umabot ng kalahati as in! Ang masama pa nito ang yabang ng Ateneo (grr intal and his dunks!). They're nobody naman before, I mean nasa limelight naman dati LaSalle & FEU, hehe. O cge panalo na kayo, benchwarmers na nga lang pinalaro sa 4th quarter tapos nakakashoot pa. wtf?! After ng game inasar ako, LOSER... purket hindi sila naka-yellow, haha. So ako na naman may gawa... ako kasi nag-aya... ako na nga sa miami vice ako pa sa uaap. Lahat palpak. =) I'm such a loser. ;) Kain na lang kaya tayo noh... kung may loser may bitter naman... si Karen. Ayaw ng teriyaki boy, ayaw din sa pancake (hmm, bakit kaya?!).. Urgh! And then there's hell... goodluck RLE 3! =( Make up for us... and that fistula thing... grabe naman! Judo again... falling ulit this time with Kuya Russel (if i spelled his name right). Sakitness of thy body...

Buti na lang nung Fri may reliever... heaven again! =) At least mabait, at least natatanong, at least... ah basta better! SKILLS: watch tau UAAP! Make up test & Sleep 0_o Chris asa na naman... nakikitype. =)

Sat - and bec of that PCR late na naman ako nakatulog, 3 na ba? basta and then late na ko nagising hindi na effective sakin ang phone ko as alarm clock, grabe naman. Good thing nagkadiarrhea ako... pero hindi pala maganda magkasakit. Nakakahina... wanna go home kung hindi lang kami manunuod ng UAAP. Thanks Claire for the gamot and nice food. Pancit Malabon express. =) Ugh, hate the feeling. Better be well tom... it's settled. ARANETA!

Make up duty CHN with RLE 2... oky naman sila... kukulit kailangan laging nangaasar kay *toot*. Sumikip tuloy sa service nila at lumagkit ang skin sa kainitan. Sorry Opalyn smooth & silky ka kasi e. ;) And when we arrive, aun alang health center. Yes, less hassle... nanuod at nakipagkwentuhan lang aku sa kanila. Tapos watch kami movie... masakit pa katawan ko niyan. BASTA pag labas go ako. Dapat nga makati pa e, hehe. It end up na only 3 na lang manunuod... me, Kat & Silly. Tuloy pa rin no matter what. Kain muna & bonding ng lovelife ni Kat tapos MIAMI VICE. GRABE!!! Lugi kami... kala ko ba action-packed?!? Puro sex scenes lang alam niyo tapos hindi pa maintindihan sinasabi, lakas ng accent ng mga tao. syet! At ako nasisisi... haha. Sorry ha... buti na lang may nagtext... pumayag na ko na umalis na kami. hahaha... kaya new term: pagbadtrip ka - namimiami vice ka! ;)

absent aku pedia... nakakatamad. And besides I'm puyat for no apparent reason. =) When I went there for socio Ma'am Jurado was still there. looks like we are having our homeroom. I went to the washroom and luckily andun din si Hanna. Stayed outside pero pumasok rin nung magsosocio na. feedback lang. BABA!

urgh, hates pharma... bagsak ako!!!!!!! huhuhu. Anyways majan kaya natin toh ok. wag ka umiyak. At habang naghihintay ng MS naisipan naming mag judo. haha. la kasi kami extra currcular ni han. kaya judo na to. =)

JUDO DAY! wow, falling for the nth time. First time ever to try martial arts... bugbog kami ni Hanna but thankful for the instructor... once in a bluemoon lang dumadating yung alumni na yun, hehe. Fall here, fall there... back fall, side fall, free fall, lahat lahat na. Basics lang naman... anyways loves the warm up. Nakakatuwa... wow active lifestyle! =)
After non, inaus yung mga survey forms with Chris tapos ligo, tulog... OUCH! =(
