DVD weekend

I considered last Friday my DVD day… hehe. Since my mom bought new ones (pirated ;p) I really can't resist but to watch them! ;)

First stop: CLOSER --- I just don’t get what they are trying to say. I think it is all about the dirty side of love. ;) I heard the word F*CK almost in every word they say… ok I might be exaggerating but every time they are to argue or just plain talk that word seems to always escape their mouths. They used it as what it literally means, hehe. Too vulgar the words, I was quite shocked when they are fighting over SEX! Pathetic! I don't know if Dan (the doctor, husband of Anna) was plain pervert. Or all the characters are perverts, hehe. Betrayal, lying, deception, sex… hay, basta ganyan siya! I'm not used to such movies… not my type! Good thing no bold scenes, hehe… the language lang talaga. Ü

Second stop: MILLION DOLLAR BABY --- just the way I like it! Talks about a story of a woman who dreams of being a boxer. She is trying to get away from the life she is used to live, being a waitress. She was trained due to her perseverance by one of the best trainers who at first declines to teach her anything just because she is a girl and already old for boxing. But she proves him wrong; she won many fights with knockouts only during the first round. The title fight ends her career and life as well. Dramatic, I can't help but sympathize over Mary Ann… she had a cruel life and until the end she had been suffering. Only the days when she was on the ring may have been her greatest experience and dream, no regrets! Talks also about the dramatic side of her trainer…. O damn I forgot the actor! CLINT EASTWOOD! ;p

Third stop: ANACONDAS the search for the blood orchid --- typical "human-eating-creatures" movie, hehe. But better that the first one. I can't say anything anymore… hehe. Ü

Supposed to watch LADDER 49 but the copy is not that good… ampf! ;(

Fourth stop: BOURNE SUPREMACY --- after BOURNE IDENTITY (which by the way I haven't watched pa…) action… CIA thingy… military etchos… hehe. ;p Pero maganda! Ü

That wraps it… until next marathon! I'm already missing out the good shows shown in cable tv due to watching flicks… it's already my routine whenever I go home every weekends… unless there are no new DVDs, back to cable! ;p

I see no changes...

Now i really understood... It's only the right thing to do and what I deserve. I know how it felt, hindi talaga maganda. That's why it's just the way it is right now.

But if only I could prove that I can and will...

That's just the way it is things would never be the same...

Monday

Good: No SA! Got time to study for zoology exams! :)
Cake eating! The boys went to Galeria, whew! Dami at ang gulo, may umutot pa! (mike or evert) Yikes! ;)

Bad: Confusing ang practical sa muscles, urgh!
Giving of grades sa Chem, from 78 to 77! ;(

Tuesday

Good: DotA after Chem Lab which by the way is our last experiment… woohoo! :)

Bad: Got beaten by Karen, 1 vs. 3. Karen vs. Hanna, Viki, & me. Si Silly nag-error ung computer. ;)
Ma’am Cordova got mad, she had lost her patience na. Kasi naman si Chris & co., tsk, tsk! ;(

Wednesday

Good: No Zoo Lec! DotA! :)
Dismissal: Mike asks for a game, one on three. Pagbigyan… ;) Anyways we won! Thanks to our ever-reliable tutors. :) Mike vs. hanna, silly, & me.

Bad: Because we got hooked during the break we decided to be late for a few mins in zoo lab, thinking that sir oliver is very understanding… hehe. But the few minutes became an hour (1 game of DotA usually takes 30 mins to 1 hr); we played one last game during the last 10 mins ata before our time in zoo lab. :) Konting lambing and we are accepted in class. :) During the last hours of the period some insist for an early dismissal since we do not have a class for chem. lec which sir disagreed. But sir being such a nice prof that he is was about to let us go early if it wasn’t for our “hamit” classmates in such hurry to get out of the room. Ayan, another teacher in the “war list”. I would not wonder if I-11 would be in top of the teacher’s enemy list… ;)

I lost again! Karen, me vs. viki, hanna, & silly… boohoo! ;(

Thursday

Good: No classes tomorrow!:) No English class! No PE class! ;) DotA! :) Then later, hello batangas! Actually we went home around 1 am already… I was with my mom we went to Tita Michelle in QC. We had our dinner there and endless talks, I enjoyed naman listening and sometimes joining in their conversations. ;) I’m glad I was there, hehe.

Bad: quiz in Chem lab! Waah, we got lose kay steven and mike! The five of us! Hmpf! Galing talaga… :) To think that buboi was the one controlling me when steven and mike is around, I’m the one who’s controlling lang pag naglalakad and with crypts… hmm.
