NU Bulldogs wallop Santo Tomas U Tigers
The Bulldogs' surprising act is back. Proving they were not the league's traditional whipping boys, the National University Bulldogs scored a marvelous 98-85 upsetting of the Santo Tomas U Growling Tigers in 69th UAAP men's basketball on Saturday at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.
(Minaliit pa namin NU ha, grabe naman. On the other hand, Pau bulldogs yan hindi ka ba magiging masaya? haha! lul!)

FEU nails first win in four attempts
At last, the defending champions have finally secured a win after four tries. Far Eastern University used a strong start and mightily finished off University of the Philippines, 94-86, on Sunday for its first victory in the 69th UAAP men's basketball tournament at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium. (In fairness they really deserved the win... I've discovered someone... haha. GO J.V. (med guy?)Ü)

The wheels are surely turning… still can’t say who’s who. But Ateneo is still unbeaten. . .

Friday: First meeting for our new shift... wow, ward. goodluck! Ma'am Rillon was late... when she arrived we went to st. dominic to have first our orientation. Ala lang, expectations, blah-blah. Siyempre halos lahat was new to us and our classmates told us that madaming gagawin and toxic, blah-blah. Ayun, so Ma'am just kept on talking about her experiences sa Phil heart center... ala lang proud siya to be one. Sa tingin ko naman magaling talaga siya. Basta and the stories went on and on. Grabe the whole time jargon ang mga sinasabi I felt that in my two years as a nursing student ala akong natutunan sa mga terms na sinasabi niya at ito pa abbreviated... hay naku. Bobo! So after ng duty test sa skills, waah. Hot & cold therapy, blood transfusion & CBG. Grabe la ku alam, at nakakainis... bakit ko ba pinapalitan yung answers ko? Grr. Well, asa lang na naman ako. =)

Saturday: Oky sabi niya may test daw and I tried to study ha tapos pagdating niya diyan nasan na daw patient namin... wow. Oky akin CA patient. Bedmaking then VS, then history. Galing, nagttrabaho siya sa Balayan Batanga but he was form Lucena. May common things kaming alam, hehe. Nakkatuwa. In all my patient ito lang yung madaling kausap at magaan sa loob. Accomodating pa sila. =) Sana next time siya pa rin although he will undergo chemo tapos baka tues daw ala na siya... hay sana maging oky siya. Kakaiba naging reaction niya sa sakit niya e, strong siya pero may nakikita akong kakaiba. Can't explain. After that ayun na... toxic na to. Una si Chris tapos si Marc dahil sa fistula na yan. To the rescue naman si Melv, kasi sa kanya assigned yun. =) Basta nainis na ko nun... late na rin kami pinalabas e may exam pa kami sa skills. Tapos eto pa nawawala daw ID ko! Naiyak na naman ako... buti na lang hindi strict yung CI. After that umuwi na ko batangas... have my HIGH na... haha. =)

Guess what...

Guess what no duty for us *cheers*... hay sabi na e, bakit hindi kami ininform ng butihing presidente? So early pa... anong gusto niyong gawin namin? TAMBAY! In fairness naman oky naman siya. Sunod-sunod yung scarefest, pede onting suspense naman... hehe. Cannot forget THE FACE... and still wonders anong kinalaman niya sa sumpa? Hmm... la lang trip lang nilang ganon ang itsura. EEEeee, scurry!!! Oky after that bonding moment with Hanna, Viki, & Hero. Si Hanna kasi pathetic na, sucks pa... haha. Oky lang yan andito lang kami, we'll help you forget about that guy. So labas tau! Hehe... wag kang suicidal ah... jowk! ;p Si Viki masaya lang kasi... si Hero as usual laglagero... pero may lihim sila ni Viki, so daya! Bitter ka lang kasi, haha. UST upsets heavily-favored UE
The University of Santo Tomas Growling Tigers scored another huge upset, scuttling the highly favored University of the East Red Warriors, 91-77, in the 69th UAAP men's basketball at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium on Sunday.
The Growling Tigers, displaying a new attitude in the game, were on a scoring rampage late in the first two quarters en route to an insurmountable 47-28 first half lead. UST outscored UE in second frame, 32-10, to earn them that big halftime lead.
Unleashing their vaunted running game to the fullest, the Tigers posted a 49-28 lead in the third period behind Jervy Cruz's jumper. After that, UST never threatened.
Shooting guard Jojo Duncil paced the Tigers' offense with 25 points-on a 3-of-4 sniping in the three-point zone and a 5-of-8 shooting in the field-and grabbed seven rebounds.
"It was a different Jojo (Duncil) that I saw in this game," said UST coach Pido Jarencio. "In the past, he doesn't have an outside shot but now he continuous to improve on it and I'm so glad to see it."
Rookie Jervy Cruz took charge in the paint, exploding for 22 points and hauling down 10 rebounds, while Anthony Espiritu added 10 points and Japs Cuan had 12 points to move Santo Tomas U in second and third spots and tied UP with a 2-1 slate.
"It's nice to win against UE, which is our rival even before. But the situation is different because we're the coach now, but beating a favored team like UE is so special since our team isn't included among the top favorites," explained Jarencio.
Marcy Arellano had 21 points while Elmer Espiritu provided ten points and 10 rebounds for UE in a losing effort. Bonbon Custodio had 17 points but committed 10 turnovers.

After sleeping past 4 am - stalker mode sa net & watching Monster Inc (soo cutie, boo!) I woke up around 11 am bothered because there was someone outside my window e I left it open, the curtains tied up because of the stupid rain making it wet and dripping. Grabe nakita kaya nila ko? What's my position kaya, grrr.... Good thing I planned on taking a bath early cause Melvin called he wants me to accompany him sa SM to inquire about his PC, of all times the masisira siya ngayon pa when all paperworks are to be submitted... darn it! So even at the bad weather and kabahaan outside go pa rin... kasama si Clara. =) Lunch at Karate Kid... ramen! =) Tapos shopping kuno, hehe. La lang kailangan lang talagang may mabili, hehe. Artwork the best... if you can't find anything you want we'll end up being in Artwork and buying their nice tees. Oh I want their jackets too, hmm... lemme think about it. ;) Kawawang melvin sabi na maiinip ka e, better leave us na lang and maglaro ng dota. =) Pagkauwi cannot walk and dyip cause of the baha... tricycle. And we kept on yelling for kuya to be a little slow naman kasi pumapasok yung tubig inside, kababaan naman kasi db. Waah! Super island na talaga Dapitan... sheesh!

DVD marathon! starting off with Failure to launch... soo predictable! Tapos Pink PAnther, pathetic... don't wanna watch! Glory Road na lang nicer pa tapos some cute and super galing players... Armstrong, i like! =) After that dinner c/o Cla's tapa, yumyum. And Grandma's cakers. =) Tapos Ice Age 1, haha... ang funny! Tomorrow naman yung 2... saya nun. =)

Oky here comes the greatest part of the day, hahahaha!When boredom kills... no tv, no internet... desperate measures are done... si Cla lang internet card at nakakamatay yun sa buhay namin dito so para may kasama siya once again lumusong kami sa baha... ibang lebel... as in beach like at malalaim at malayo. Haha, I kept on laughing na lang while we're walking... haha. At least experience, it won't kill you naman basta ba la kang sugat diyan... alcohol at sabon lang katapat niyan. Can't imagine what microbes the water contains... eeek! Hahaha... adventure ito! Woooh! Nytnyt Cla sa uulitin... let's buy boots na okwkhei?!?

THE UNIVERSITY of Santo Tomas Tigers combined brute force and hot shooting to dominate the University of the East Warriors, 91-77, yesterday in the 69th UAAP men’s basketball tournament at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.
Rookie slotman Jervy Cruz was a monster inside, especially in the second quarter when the Tigers broke away from a tight contest, and Jojo Duncil hit booming three-pointers everytime the Warriors were gaining grounds en route to their second straight huge win.
It was a fitting follow-up to their stunning victory over defending champions Far Eastern U Tamaraws Thursday. The only blemish on their card was a two-point loss to the University of the Philippines Maroons in their opener.
The Tigers caught the Warriors napping in the second period, outscoring the redshirts, 31-10, to take a 47-28 lead at halftime.
Cruz had 15 of his 22 points in the first half while Duncil matched his career-high with 25 points.
Marcy Arellano sparked a UE rally early in the third, clustering eight points on one stretch to pull his team to within 43-52. But the Warriors couldn’t get closer than seven from there.
The Tigers and the Warriors now share second place at 2-1, behind the Ateneo Blue Eagles’ 3-0 card.

Haha, I watched the game despite having a very bad reception... since I don't have anymore my destiny cable (sucks!). Ang galing2... sana tuloy-tuloy na to so that we can be at the final four. Ay prior to that, the morning of the last day ng exams Clarita went to my room with a big nasty edematous gasgas from a fall sa hagdan. Grabe it was soo big at swelling, pain, redness (rubor, dolor... chuchu) =) Hay kawawa... tapos Socio test (w/c by the way I did not study kahit konti dahil career mode ang pharma, amphness!) dun kami sa pinakalikod... waah. Cge sagot lang ng mabilis... w/o even thinking twice about my answers. Hay soo hungry!!! Cannot anymore... WAFFLE!!! Marion & Reg joined me & steve sa canteen... tama na ang review sa pharma!

Tomas Tigers squandered a 14point third quarter lead but kept their cool in the endgame to chalk up their first win under coach Pido Jarencio, an 90-87 upset of defending champions Far Eastern U Tamaraws. Bought tasty & coke tapos sakin yung pancit canton diyan at spam. Guys hindi ba ko lugi?? Anyways sayang naman yung pancit canton kasi naman si boi palayo ng palayo sa sink, mainit daw kasi... ako pa talaga may gawa ha! ;)

- Duty Wednesday: wutda! baha and yet we still have our duty, one on one sa mga FNCPs blah-blah. Tapos in the end suspended din naman pala classes, sucks! =(

- Thurs: No classes, meet Mcdo for a non-sense meeting... parang may nagawa ah! And one humiliating thing happened to me. Kasi naman papalit-palit ako ng bag na gagamitin tapos I forgot to get my 500 peso bill sa isa kong bag ayan order ako ng order sa mcdo tapos I got 100 pesos lang pala with me... waah, pa-cancel pls. Pero God is good kasi right on time ang pagdating ni Melv, my savior. =)I decided to went home sa Batangas despite GMA announcing that we will have classes tom, pero earlier you already said thet we will not have any classes. Grabe, fickle-minded ba? hehe... goodbye! 10/5 hours make-up + make-up quiz sa Skills Lab (60 item quiz daw? hay... na-guilty tuloy at nanghinayang na umabsent pa... =p)

i'm still one lucky girl

Soo antok… pedia time… hay sana hindi na lang ako pumasok kasi la naman si ma’am. Pero at least napagaralan ko ng konti yung dosage and solutions, ang hirap kaya. Hates math, forever, period. Actually the math was simple but you have to analyze the problem or questions asked to be able to correctly compute. And I’m soo slow… WAG KANG BOBO! =(

Socio – wow, discuddion… at test. Grabe, bagsak ata ako… I wasn’t listening… I’m soo sleepy. 0_o

Lit – finishing touches sa desiderata… silence comes from within face and live each day as slowly as you can quietly and clearly, best way of telling truth truth hurts imperfection makes life meaningful SHE (significant human experience) wow! No joke haha. Anyways, we were called… I mean our row (PF) to say how can you be yourself? Lame ang sagot, I was caught off guard… my thoughts are disheveled. You suck!

I had a nasty bruise sa may siko tapos pagkatapos ko kilitiin si hero sa spot niya, hihi… nauntog ako sa may protruding ewan sa room, ouch! Gumanti ako with boi’s syringe… haha. Basa ka ngayon. =) Natutuwa ako sa naisip ko… ahahaha. =)
